Not only did I send in an email to move my subscription time up; which Madbarn automatically did and processed the order. I had to call and ask them (after they already processed the order request) to change the card in file. I purchased this product because I really like the formulation. However my horse wouldn't eat it, and when I contacted Mad Barn, was told that this is a common problem with the product. It was suggested that I add molasses, which didn't help. Because I'm at a boarding facility, I'm having to pre-package my horse's supplements and introducing Amino Trace + a tiny bit at a time. After 2 months, my horse is still picking at his feed if it has more than a teaspoon worth of the product. Enhancing palatability of the product would be very helpful.
