I absolutely love your products, they are economical and palatable for our horses. Your customer service is excellent. My only concern is that the shipping company,UPS, is absolutely terrible. Completely unreliable with truly pathetic customer service. It’s to bad there isn’t an option for which carrier we can use.

Purchased the W-3 oil for a 20 year old horse. After about 4 to 6 weeks I’m noticing a difference! He’s shiny, gained some needed weight, moves better, has more energy and alertness. I’m very happy with the product.

A little disappointed in the amount that is needed to be fed. I wouldn’t buy the pellets again. He ate them and liked them but don’t feel it was at a beneficial amount.

Under the advice of Dr. Kellon, I used Jiaogulan as part of a treatment protocol for winter laminitis in my pony. While it's not possible for me to comment on the effectiveness of the product when used in conjunction with other management and dietary changes, it caused no harm and was readily eaten with her daily ration. She's much better now, thank you.
