Very disappointed to find that MadBarn has added what would seem to be unneccessary ingredients to what was a relatively simple single supplement. My old 1kg bag contained only distillers grain and wheat midds in addition to the Biotin itself. A newer bag had added distiller's dried grains, dried yeast, dextrose (!), rice hulls, and calcium carbonate. What purpose an artificial sweetener in a product that previously tasted like.....grain, which horses tend to like? Rice hulls sure sound like filler to me. And not sure what benefit is attached to calcium carbonate. Needless to say, I returned the product and won't be buying it again.

i can’t really say anything about it because the mare i use it for has a few medical conditions right now so results are unsure but im sure it works great

I like the make up of this product, it is quite complete and at a very reasonable price point. However, of three horses that I have given this product, none of whom are fussy eaters, only one eats it well.

I'm sure it's a great product however there are 2 issues. 1 my horse absolutely will not eat it and 2 in the fine print on the label it states it can decrease the absorption of other medications which I didn't know prior to purchasing

The one comments I have is that the dispensing system leaks and so I am looking product because it drips.

Everyone has been great. Unfortunately, the product is too much powder. At a 1/4 cup my horse would eat some of it but not all. It is completely impractical to have two feedings. The pelleted form is way out of the budget. So, to that end I have gone back to my old supplement and using other Mad Barn products.

For many months now (I went back to April), deliveries have been arriving at my door via UPS. I even got photo verification. It was lovely. This month, the order was sent via Canpar, and is being held by Loomis for pick up. No delivery. Need it today, so I'll to rearrange my schedule to go pick it up. A bit inconvenient. Not sure why there is a change in courier and delivery, or if there's anything you can do about it, but I thought I should let you know previous recent delivery experience has been fabulous. This one, much less do, inasmuch as there was no actual delivery.Thanks!Brenda Bleiler

not sure it helped my mare, she has Cushings fecal water syndrome. May ber a bit better now

Unfortunately, my horses are not big on the taste, even when I mix it with other things they like, so I am still only at one scoop a day since they waste most of it.
