My 35 year old pony had lost a lot of weight, had no back teeth left and barely survived sedation for the extraction of one of her last molars. The nutritionist from Mad Barn probably saved her life by tweaking her feed program to one that met her needs better. She regained the weight she had lost and is doing well a year later, thanks to this free service. I was amazed and grateful that my pony can enjoy her life again.

Our 14-year-old Welsh pony is IR, with a history of laminitis. In fact, she came through a big livestock auction, where many equines are discarded, after a career as an Amish cart pony, and it's likely her laminitis was a factor in her winding up there. She was also (unexpectedly!) pregnant with a mule and became very cresty-necked as her delivery approached. Over the next year her hormones were all over the place, and exactly a year after giving birth she foundered. That's when we put her on Mad Barn products, including Amino Trace and -- starting a year later -- Magnechrome. The latter especially has been critical to her recovery at every level. Ma jument va beaucoup mieux depuis qu’elle reçoit les cmv Omnuity, chardon-Marie et le gattilier. Elle a eu un très beau poil d’hiver et une belle mue. Âgée de 22 ans elle demeure énergique

Great service. As a new horse owner I was getting a lot of advice on what to feed and not to feed! . I appreciated Mad Barns honest advice. While I know they are a business trying to make a sale, I felt that their recommendations were based on research and what was best for the specific needs of my mare.

In addition to submitting my horses diet to Mad Barn, my vet drew blood and sent to the Lab at WCVM. They were both spot on and indicated that the Zinc/copper could be reduced. The nutritionist also indicated that our hay was high in ash. We always check for sugar but that was the first time, ash was pointed out.

I love using visceral plus. It gives me such peace of mind. The horses must find it palatable because they eat it well. I would highly recommend this product
