This is the second time the Optimum order I received has a very high percentage of crumbled pellets. This photo was taken upon the first opening of the container. This is a fairly expensive product to have so much broken down as not consumable by the horse, therefore wasted. Please address a solution for this. Thank you.

Was super excited to use but horse was sadly allergic but still love their products!
