I have 4 ponies ranging in ages from a yearling up to 25 years old. I feed this to all of my guys, and really wanted it for one of my ponies who has terrible feet (always chipping and pulling shoes) and for my older cushings pony as well who is under weight with no topline. I must say it was a bit of challenge to get one of my ponies to eat it. I did try to soak it in his hay cubes, but that resulted in a no go whatsoever - complete with feed tub tipped over. I started at half dose as well and then tried to soak it in molasses beet pulp on top of his grain. He would pick at it at night and eventually finish if by the morning.
