Hi. I love your products but I need to cancel my subscription for the near future

Mad Barn goes above and beyond to supply us with supplements for our horses. They are very committed to customer service and when I asked them to ship by ups so I didn’t have to drive 80km round trip to pick up parcels from a depot in another town (we live rurally and UPS is the only courier that delivers to our house), maybe hey didn’t bat an eye. My older mare has leaky gut and the Optimum pellets helped stop the diarrhea. I’m so thankful for Mad Barn. Supplements.

Excellent product!

I really like the concept of this product and hoped it would be the answer for my gelding but sadly after trying for over a month, he just rejects anything that has more than a 1/4 scoop of the pellets in it. I have even tried masking it with molasses which defeated the purpose of removing all the sugars from the rest of his feed and he still won’t eat it.

Love Mad Barn - great products and great service. In the instance of this particular purchase, the wrong product was initially received. I left a voice mail explaining the problem and 10 minutes later was contacted by a delightful gal who had already re-ordered the correct product which was subsequently received. I am always recommending your products and great service to horsey friends.

It was hard to judge as to its effectiveness as neither horse was interested in eating it even mixed with mash. Will not order it again for that reason… most of it was wasted. Have heard this complaint from others who have tried it
