Perry is my SSH who has asthma. I was really struggling with how to help him without using steroids everyday. I decided to give Spira Alina a try because so many people had recommended it along with my nutritionist. Well, besides his breathing improving drastically, his overall body condition really flourished. In the photo attached in the before photo on the top, you can see his SI joint and pelvis look very uncomfortable due to the heavy breathing and as it got better His pelvis relaxed and got more muscular. Down in Georgia it gets so incredibly hot and humid that I've also been using the electrolytes and as a picky eater, he has been eating them with no issues!
