Good afternoon. I literally have nothing negative to say about your products, and your customer service is excellent!! I have concerns about how your products are shipped. In my rural area, Renfrew County, ON, you use Canpar to ship orders, and their service is considerably less than ideal. At least half of my orders are not delivered when expected, and I have to engage with your customer service people to chase it down which frequently leads to me running out of the product ordered. Previously, I was having my orders shipped directly to my barn, which is more convenient for me and my barn owner. Repeatedly, my orders were left at the end of the 200m driveway in the rain or being covered by snow fall, but no where near the mailbox. It is difficult to locate items after 25cm has fal...
