I adopted a 27 year old AQH. She resisted lifting her rear feet for the farrier, so I thought I would try w3 oil to see if it might help. Hallelujah! It worked. This morning my beautiful buckskin kept pace with her pasture mate in a race around the pasture. We love Mad Barn.

The oil itself is fine. After consulting with the nutritionist about potentially adding oil to the diet, I placed a one time order as a test. I liked the natural vitamin E and Omega 3 source even though I'm not a fan of using oil because of the mess it tends to bring. Since this oil didn't come in a jug that required a pump, I thought there would be less dripping and less over shooting that pumps can have. On appearance the packaging is smart. The outer box can be recycled. The bag inside seemed to ensure all or most of the oil would be dispensed. The hand openings on the box make it easy to carry. I love your products! Jessica and Sophie have steered me with amazing expertise these past few years. I found this oil to be good but needed to add corn oil to really see better results. I also found the dispenser somewhat difficult to use. The valve had a consistent drip that I tried to collect in a spill cup but feel as though I lost a good 1/4 of the gallon (plus the insects found it tasty so I didn’t use the spillage 😂. ) I may add it back to my program later in the winter if the horse I used it for loses the gain we have achieved in the past few months.

So far I think I’ve tried most of mad barns products. They’re all great but w3 is my favorite. I’ve definitely noticed a positive change in my growing ottb’s coat and weight. We started it in July along with Omneity after talking to DVM/Nutritionists both at Mad Barn and elsewhere. Glad I did. I will be keeping this on hand especially this winter!

The oil has really improved my horse's coat, body condition, and energy level. He looks amazing. I think I will cut down the amount I feed him though because his energy is a little too much for me at times now. :)
