I couldn’t get my 30 year old gelding to eat the W-3 oil to save my (or his😉) life! Great company, though. I couldn’t return the product, but they gave me full credit towards my next purchase. Thanks, Mad Barn!

I took in a 5 yr old gelding to foster. He need more groceries to gain weight. He also had a dull coat. He eagerly eats his beet pulp, soaked pellets, Omneity pre-mix dressed with the w-3 oil. He has done so well on this product that I will be adopting him. Great job on your formulas Mad Barn

Nice product. My horses seem to like the taste and it mixes well with pellets. Not sure I liked the dispenser. You have to hold it while dispensing. That would be my only criticism.

So far so good but I’ve only been issuing it about a month and a half. Horses like it and no stomach issues.

My 15 year old mare was dropping weight and coat was dull. She was not wanting to move forward and pinning her ears. After starting her on the w-3 Oil, she is moving more freely and has longer strides. Her coat is gleaming and her mane and tail are shinny and smooth. I definitely have seen an improvement after a month of being on this oil!

While I love the results of W3 (such shiny coats and my senior with arthritis seems better since using it) I’m only giving it a lower review because the packaging sucks. The first time the bag broke and I got oil everywhere. Now I transfer the oil into a plastic bottle with a pump. But It’s a royal pain. If I didn’t like the results so much I would stop ordering it.

My horse had a non-healing sore in the corner of his mouth for years and a few months after starting him on this product, it healed completely and stayed healed. Definitely recommend.

So I’m seeing beautiful results of this product for my horse. Shiny coat, great top line, and mobility support. The only thing that makes it 4 stars is the packaging. The box is not sturdy enough to support the weight of the bag inside. The handle cut outs cannot be used because they rip under the weight of the oil and the whole thing will go crashing onto the ground. As well, the folded base of the box pops open very easily and the bag falls out. So far I’ve been lucky that the bag stayed intact and didn’t explode on impact, but unpacking the oil and transporting it to the barn is a pain when you have more than one box to carry. The bladder and spout for pouring are great. The box just needs some work and reinforcement.
