A friend asked me a question I don't have an answer to: Why is Mad Barn Spirulina so expensive? She was looking in particular at spirulina from nuts.com

I love this product! Very consentrated , worked very well for all around well being including lungs and sweet itch and shine. I only had to use the full amount for my really allergic sweet itch gal. WILL BUY AGAIN MAYBE EVEN BEFORE SPRING🙂

I have really noticed an improvement in shiney coat in my one Mustang mare..not yet on help with allergies with my other, but this is a product I will continue to use! They love it!

Powder is a little messy lol

I live the quality AND the price-cant find better. But! That's not the main reason I feed my equus. All 4 have health-issues -I already see a difference in each. I will continue to use as supplement

My PPID horse with moderate heaves has been on Spirulina for 1 year now…I swear his heaves “attacks” have all but diminished. We have drastically cut down on his Dex injections as a result, which is such a relief! Mad Barn Spirulina is always super consistent in quality too. Highly recommended if your horse has allergies or breathing issues.

I have 3 with copd and one usually has to use 2 inhalers a day thru allergy season and this year we have not used them at all
