Add the magnesium to everyone in my barns and program has been literally a game changer. Especially in my 2 yr old mare who had some mood swings so to speak. Within days she is back to being her happy self.

I was looking for a cheaper option to the Heiro supplement for IR horses to save me money. The Magnesium Oxide is the cheaper option and has worked for me, so I dropped the Heiro.

My 5 year old mare has been on Mad Barn’s magnesium oxide for just over a month. Trainer says it is helping her to not be so reactive/sensitive to every little thing. I've noticed that this product has helped take the edge off my horses nerves. My vet believes it helps with ulcers too. I combine it with alfalfa pellets. My mare has no problem eating it with it being mixed into her balancer feed and alfalfa pellets.
