My Morgan who eats everything ( or did) ate it for about a week. unlike the other reviews I’ve read… Wouldn’t touch it. And was very leery to touch any of his other supplements because of that. It was disappointing when I called and I had just gotten a new bucket, and no refund.

It's great! The horses eat it, it came quickly and it's a good value for all the great, bioavailable minerals and amino acids in it!

Am on my 2nd bucket Amino Trace. My horse is transitioning to barefoot and the trimmer was pleased with her growth. Plus she is eating it so win-win.

I love the idea of this supplement and shipping was quick, but my horse won't eat it. He will tolerate very small amounts mixed with his usual balancer, but that's about the limit. We've been trying for about a month.

I really like this supplement! And so do my horses. (We all know it’s no good buying a great product if your horses hate it.) This mineral profile covers all the bases for my hay analysis, and I’m already seeing improved hoof quality.

I had to find a pelleted supplement for my 18 year old 16.3 Percheron/TB mare when I moved to a new barn as she stopped eating her powdered supplements. While she does not currently have metabolic issues she is a draft cross and has a tendency to gain weight. Amino Trace+ took the place of three supplements I was feeding for hooves, extra amino acids, and a daily vitamin/mineral blend. She is very picky and I started slowly titration her up to the full dose for her size. She eats most of it mixed with teff pellets but usually leaves some in her feed bucket. I might reduce the amount of Amino Trace+ and increase the teff to see if she cleans her plate. Overall, I've been happy with how she's doing on it and wish it were more palatable.
