More than I asked for. The bristles are super hard. Bought it to help clean caffeine stains on my teeth. Works perfect. But be gentle lest you bruise your gums.

I bought it for my mom after complaining especially on hot flushes, night sweats, and insomnia. The response has been amazing. All these bothersome symptoms are no longer there. I would recommend it anyday anytime.

This was the best discovery of 2022!!!!! Love how it feels on the skin, and is extremely moisturizing without feeling oily.....would highly recommend this Lotion.
