The capsules work! I highly recommend. Lost 6-7kgs, also able to keep the weight off so far. Zero side effects, I just increased my water intake.

Always Platinum are a superior pad. Soft. Without scent. These pads are comfortable to wear. They don't heat up like the normal blue pads when in use. They fit snugly so you don't feel the wear. Also the wings adhesive is good, the pad doesn't lift and you don't suffer friction. Pity they've been out of stock in what seems like forever.

I've been taking this my whole pregnancy and have found it very helpful. It has all the nutrition needed during pregnancy. Highly recommend this to all women.

The tablets works miracle,at first I felt nausea but later I got used to it,it makes me feel full for long hence I eat small amount of food and feel full very fast. It increases my metabolism and keep me energetic all day. No side effects I have experienced,I have lost kgs too.

Love this product, I have had eczema since when I was a child and been using epimax, la Roche, dermol with no help at all
