I got Bepanthen because I just couldn't find Dexipan anywhere. It's a very effective substitute. I have cracked nipples from breastfeeding and Bepanthen made the healing process faster. Plus it also works for nappy rash. In case you decide to use it for your nipples, remember to wipe it off before breastfeeding.

Best formula milk so far. Tried some which gave my baby constipation and a lot gas.Alpha plus is just the best formula milk so far. I recommend this.
