Just received and tried for the first time so can't yet give a 5-star on whitening. I have not used a teeth whitener for several years and, since I'm a daily 3-cup (at least) coffee drinker, it will take several times. I've only used it twice so I can't attest to it's whitening ability just yet. It's a little uncomfortable if you have tmj, which I do, but if you learn to relax your jaw it'll just stay in without biting.

It actually works. My girl hadn't seen a dentist in years so I got her this. The yellow smile turned bright and white with the initial purchase. She decided to buy me a mouth piece so I can try also. I will never pay the dentist money to whiten my teeth again
