This product does a good job. My teeth were noticeably whiter in two sessions. My mouth got sore after the third, I stopped using it for three days and then tried every third day.

So far I have used this kit 4 times. I definitely am starting to see a difference in the brightness of my teeth. The best thing about this, is that it does not cause any sensitivity! I've used the system three times so far and could already see an improvement in my teeth color after the very first use. It's very easy to use, however, the mouth tray is one size (which is too wide for my jaws), which makes it slightly uncomfortable to use for 30+ mins. Regardless of this, I would buy this product again.

As a previous user of Crest Whitestrips, I was impressed how much noticeably white my teeth got after a few uses using this kit. I was also surprised it didn't burn my mouth like the strips had. I definitely prefer this method and can't see myself returning to strips.
