After following the instruction for about a week and a half, and include the days where I forgot to use the product I have still been able to see noticeable results. Although, this is due to my consistency and determination to truly apply the product twice a date immediately after I eat breakfast and just before I go to sleep. I found that my teeth have been a little sensitive. That being said I have only done whitening one other time. Compared to the product provided by my dentist, I find this product to be better for my sensitive teeth. I have only been using this whitening set for two days and I can already see the yellow lines outlining my teeth going away.
