I?ve been using this for 2 weeks and definitely notice a difference. It?s easy to use. I took a tip from other reviewers and have been applying the gel directly to my teeth with a Q-tip and using the light without the tray. AuraGlow is about the 5th whitener I have tired. None of the others whitened my teeth because before they could my very sensitive teeth hurt so much I had to stop. AuraGlow is the only whitener that gives me teeth. That don't ache. I'm sold and can finally stop looking for something that whitens my teeth but doesn't make them hurt every time I inhale.
