The best at-home whitening somution I?ve ever tried.Personally I apply directly across the front of my teeth then squish it into the mold to spread it, though instructions say to put the gel on the tray.The battery seemed to last about a month for me (of daily use).I usually have sensitive teeth and use sensodyne (whitening version) daily, but I haven?t felt any extra sensitivity yet.

Haven't been using long yet, but hopefully will see good results!Pretty simple to use as you can apply the gel directly to your teeth without a nasty taste!No sensitivity issues so far!
