This actually works! The only issue I found was that I have a significant overbite and my lower jaw was sliding back and not making full contact with the tray. Once I made a conscious effort to keep my teeth aligned (10 minute intervals for 3 treatments), I was able to see a pretty significant difference in a matter of a couple of days! (By any means this not the products fault. I blame my parents...
