The tray and syringes with the gel are super easy to use, and the light beeps off after every 10 minutes if you need to adjust the position or wipe away extra gel. You wear it for a total of 30 minutes with the light on and it couldn't be easier.

Bought for myself as a reward for quitting smoking. So far have used only three times but can already tell a difference. Will post pictures in a couple more weeks. Those with sensitive gums may want to start out by using only half the amount and every other day. Great product!

I?ve been using the product for roughly 2 days and already see a huge difference in my teeth coloring! I wish I did before and after pictures but this is definitely worth it. The gel is flavorless for the most part and the device Auto shuts off after 20-30 min session
