I have done a total of 5 treatments each lasting 30 minutes and have seen noticeable results, my teeth are whiter and I have not experienced any discomfort or sensitivity as I have with other products. I just did my first treatment & my teeth are way more white than the we?re 1/2 hour ago. I wish I?d taken a before & after. I?ll probably do this one more time tomorrow to take care of the Tea stains between my teeth.
