I have been using this product for less than a week and I have seen a difference with my teeth. They have definitely whiten and I have no sensibility at all. The flavor of the gel is not at all bad, actually refreshing. Very excited to keep using it and can?t wait for final results!!

I used the gel/light combo every other day for a week and I did notice a difference. I use it every couple of weeks now to freshen up, but it did a great job removing coffee stains and slight yellowing of my teeth. The mouthpiece is a little awkward (too big), so sometimes I just paint the gel onto my teeth and insert the light. Seems to work just as well.
