The whitening capabilities are fantastic! Used it once so far and can see a huge difference! I'll probably only need three thirty minute treatments to get to the shade I want. The flavor is a normal teeth whitening flavor. Super easy to use, I opted to use the fitted trays than the standard one. You can take a look and see the before and after photos… These photos were only taken approximately seven days apart… Big huge difference in seven days I love it! Now I only wish they created a teeth whitening kit that also straightened your teeth at the same time LOL :-)
