I love this product! I was nervous at first because I do have sensitive teeth and the crest white strips would send shooting pains up my gums a couple times when I used them. I think the directions say to use once or twice a day for 30 minutes for 7 days. But I chose not to do that I didn't think that was a smart idea so I use it once for 30 minutes (which has a timer on it which is also AWESOME) ...
