I like this product to whiten my teeth. It takes about 5 days of use for maximum benefit. I can multitask while the product is in my mouth for the 15 minutes. I use it about every 4-6 weeks and do not have any tooth sensitivity.

Just used the kit a few days and I can already see a difference. Have not noticed any sensitivity to the gel, either. There are medical articles on the Internet showing results that use of blue light-emitting diodes help reduce the bacteria that causes plaque, so it will be interesting to see if this helps when I go to the next dental cleaning.

It was a little awkward at first, but the 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time to watch a show and fold laundry while whitening your teeth. I really like that it's reusable, too.
