I noticed a little bit improvement after 3 times of use. The product is easy to use. Just wasn?t sure where to exactly put the gel and how to make them evenly coat the tray. But I guess it doesn?t matter, as the result is ok so far. I will definitely keep using it.

This was so much easier to use than Crest whitening strips. Put the tray onto the light , add half a ml to each sude of tray, pop it in your mouth, press the button and go do something else for 10 min. Press the button again and do something else for 10 min.
