I just started using this product about a week ago, but the yellow coffee stains on my teeth have already started to fade. I will continue to use this product to get my teeth the shade of white I want. Good product for the price.

The product seems to work well, it says use twice daily but I have only been using once daily and can see some improvements. I'm not a fan of the taste, it really does not have any "flavor", unless you consider peroxide a flavor. But I simply wipe off with a tissue after about a minute and then lightly rinse my mouth out with a little water.
