This was so much easier to use than Crest whitening strips. Put the tray onto the light , add half a ml to each sude of tray, pop it in your mouth, press the button and go do something else for 10 min. Press the button again and do something else for 10 min. This is a wonderful product! The cost was great and it compares to similar products on the market. The one thing I like most is that it has not burned my gums. The ratio of whitening is very safe yet the effects are seen within a few days. Highly recommend.
