Not sure 30 seconds is long enough before closing mouth. I am just finishig up on first tube and will continue but haven't noticed a change yet.

This worked better than expected. I could see results within a few days after using only once a day following the instructions. I am able to use this while applying makeup so it’s no extra time in my morning routine. I now only have to use it every couple days to keep up

Noticeably whitened my teeth within just a few applications. The hardest part was not eating or drinking for 30 mins after applying. The taste wasn’t horrible but wasnt good either, but then again none of these types of products are. I would and will buy again. Works just as good as the overly expensive stuff and didn’t make my teeth sensitive.
