Suuuuuper easy to use, simply follow the directions given. And get amazing results! It really gets the job done. The whitening gel is also tasteless and doesn?t have that nasty chemically smell or taste so that?s a plus!

The instructions do warn to not use more than 7-10 days in a row. There is a noticeable difference after 7 days! I will definitely continue use of this product!

I found this product much easier to use than some of those uncomfortable white strips. I believe it performs similarly to name-brand versions at a fraction of the cost. In one kit, I received 3 separate whitening tubes. I haven't finished an entire tube yet, and I suspect this will last several weeks of daily use. I also bought one to give to as a gift. It really works!

It does make a difference if you apply twice a day. The only dislike is it irritates my gums a bit but not as much as the crest white strips, so this is better
