It?s pretty easy to use. It comes with a clear list of instructions and everything is packed and sealed nicely. But, i would be careful when applying the gel, if you don?t keep the gel off your gums before turning on the blue light, you WILL get chemical burn.

I?m a smoker, coffee drinker and red wine drinker. I?ve been using this whitening kit daily for about two weeks now. I already see dramatic results! I?m typically worried about my teeth becoming too sensitive but using the gel that comes with it, I haven?t had any problems!

The instructions are easy to follow, and the product is easy to use, but I wish there was more of the remineralizing and desensitizing gel (there's only one provided in the kit)
