With the pen it is so easy to apply exactly where needed. The whitening 'strips' I had bought in the past would come off, interrupted me when talking, etc. I keep the pen in the fridge (recommended) and see it regularly - a few times a week apply mid-morning and it keeps my teeth white!

My teeth aren't too yellow but they are somewhat stained. I drink coffee daily and drink alcoholic beverages that may stain your teeth (with soda, etc).
