I've only been using the product for three days. I think my teeth look a little whiter or maybe it's just that they feel cleaner. The product is easy enough to use. I'll know more when I've had more time to use it.

The product does work if you are committed to the process. Twice a day and 30 mins before meals. The first use was a bit surprising as it foamed when I used it then other uses were ok.Follow the instructions correctly, do not place on gums!!!!Great product.
