I?ve only used it once so far so no results yet, however, the product is easy to use and as long as you can breathe through your nostrils is actually quite comfortable. I was worried that my mouth would get tired before the 30 minutes was up, but it was a breeze.

I saw results after my FIRST use! My first few uses caused a little pain after the twenty minute mark. I decided to use a little less of the gel & the pain disappeared. I love this product!
