Like many people I don't have naturally white teeth, so the best I hope for is a pleasing 'pearl' color, free of coffee, tea, and red wine stains. I've tried quite a few cleaners and this one works the best. I use it once a day, at night just before retiring. Is very easy to apply. The flavor is rather off, but that is what to expect from medicine. You will see results after a week (each morning) of consistent use.
