I have used crest white strips forever and the ones with the UV light which are very expensive. These work better than anything I?ve ever used before and only takes 10 minutes which is fantastic! I have used this for a week - my sister is a dentist and she suggested giving it a try to whiten my teeth. I didn't see any results in first couple days but definitely can after 1 week. I suggest trying teeth with paper towel, put gel directly on teeth and then (careful to keep lips off teeth) insert guard. Be sure the mouth piece is already attached to the device before you start applying the gel...

This works really well. I love the timer on the light. Teeth are noticeably whiter after one use but will definitely not stick so you need to keep using it. I ended up putting the whitener directly onto my teeth instead of the mouthpiece. Seems to work better that way.
