I really liked that it gave me an option to create my own mouth guard or use the one provided. I would recommend this whitening treatment! Super easy to use!

Top pic is before, bottom is after the 5th day of treatments. (8min x 4 each day).I took these pics in the exact same place in my bathroom, in the exact same lighting.I've used whitening gels & trays before, and my teeth aren't nearly as sensitive as with the other stuff.Also, the product details say that 1 "tube" of the gel is enough for 4 treatments... well, I got 8 treatments out of each tube....

35 is powerful strength for teeth whitening and bc lightens faster than expected, I only use a tiny dot per tooth and had results after the first 15-min. The toothpaste is a nice addition. Bc bleach makes the tooth porous, any enamel-strengthening mouthwash would be great as well as keeping a swab ready to wipe any excess bleach solution that might get on your gums.

This product is amazing! After using it for one evening (you do 4 cycles each time you use it) I could see a substantial difference. My teeth look as white as they did years ago. I am a coffee drinker and enjoy fruit such as cherries... both of which can stain your teeth significantly. I used it the 32min 2x to get the change; it didn’t change more after. Also I had a major tender sensation experience in my front top tooth after the 4th day session but I wiped of the paste on it and continued without anymore tenderness. I definitely recommend this product, it certainly is the quickest and best whitening product I’ve come across.

Used for 6 days with what feels like a a 50% improvement over previous teeth color. Easy to use, does not hurt my pretty sensative teeth and well made. My spouse has had similar results.

I love coffee, but it stains my teeth. Luckily, this works as intended! It's a little pricey, but it's worth it! With proper execution of this and regular brushing (I use JASON Powersmile Whitening Toothpaste) whiter teeth are bound to happen!
