It is really easy to use and you can feel the whitening happening. You must be careful though because there is a slight irritation when you are using it. The flavor is not great but that?s a given ?cause it isn?t about taste.

This product is super super easy to use. Only 4 steps! It comes with easy instructions and only 30min to whiter teeth! I love it. I also like the gel has no flavor really so that part is painless too. Annnd finally I love how my mouth/jaw can just rest on the mouth tray, I don't have to hold my jaw open on its own foe 30 minutes. Great product!
