I like the size of the mouth guard. I have a small mouth and I?m prone to gagging when I brush my teeth. This mouth guard didn?t go to far back! The whitening kit is easy to use and it only takes a little bit each time. I did have to do the every other day because if I didn?t it made my teeth too sore. This. Is. So. Cool!! Number One absolute best part of this thing is the fact that I felt ZERO pain throughout the process. I've had my teeth Pro-whitened and it hurt so bad during and after that I was basically in tears for 3 days.
