I always wanted to try this, so when I finally bought it I was excited. I have seen so much improvements to my teeth, I wish I had took a picture to show before and after. But consistency is key if you want the best results for your teeth and it only takes 30 seconds of your day to do this easy procedure.

I just started using this product about a week ago, but the yellow coffee stains on my teeth have already started to fade. I will continue to use this product to get my teeth the shade of white I want. Good product for the price.

The product seems to work well, it says use twice daily but I have only been using once daily and can see some improvements. I'm not a fan of the taste, it really does not have any "flavor", unless you consider peroxide a flavor. But I simply wipe off with a tissue after about a minute and then lightly rinse my mouth out with a little water.
