Easy to use and the sensitive gel is wonderful! I have very sensitive teeth and had no issues when I used that gel.

I instantly saw results on my first use the “flavor” wasn’t pleasant on the first use but it wasnt unbearable by day 3 i had gotten used to it & the instructions are very clear its very easy to use & convenient
