So far I'm loving it! The kit comes with instructions that are pretty clear and is overall easy to use! The only thing that wasn't immediately clear was that you should place the gel more on the walls of the mouth guard rather than the floors. People have complimented my teeth but I always feel like there is a tint that I don't like. i never really cared for whitening products...but i wanted to try it as i've been drinking more coffee and stains were showing...1 months and night and day difference...i'll upload pics after 4 months to show how dramatic of a difference it is...

I was a little nervous at first, but jumped right in! Super easy product to use! I saw results almost immediately. Came with PLENTY of whiting gel to be used at a later date or for another person. I started putting the gel right on my teeth without the mouth piece (I found this easier). Haven?t had any sensitivity.
