I started using this product last week, and I have already seen a difference in the whiteness of my teeth. I use this product every other day with the 10-minute intervals on twice, and it is the perfect amount! Very effective product!

I LOVE that this is about 10 - 15 minutes a day and I don't have to wear any trays all night.The product works tremendously well.
