The trees have to be done per the instructions or you will not get the right fit other than that it's a great package of products

I?ve been using this kit for 1 week straight today and it?s definitely working. I'm about three shades whitened. I use the molds instead of the premade one it hold the gel in better so it don't touch your gums. I have very sensitive teeth as it is so I was nervous. I have had little to no sensitivity using this gel. Definitely will continue to use. Just purchased a second on for my boyfriend.
