I researched for quite a while to find a tooth bleaching pen that would be effective AND not cause tooth sensitivity. I am so glad I purchased this product. I've had to completely quit products like strips or gels with the molded bite guards and I've been able to use this consistently every day or every other day. I have not used as directed. Have only used about 7 times My teeth are definitely whiter with no sensitivity. If I used twice a day as directed,I am sure the results would be even better! Very easy to use.
