Is very easy to apply. The flavor is rather off, but that is what to expect from medicine. You will see results after a week (each morning) of consistent use.

Like many people I don't have naturally white teeth, so the best I hope for is a pleasing 'pearl' color, free of coffee, tea, and red wine stains. I've tried quite a few cleaners and this one works the best. I use it once a day, at night just before retiring. Mostly purchased this product to clean/whiten parts of my teeth that the brush just can't reach. It worked, so much that at my next dentist visit there was barely and polishing necessary. I am an avid coffee/tea drinker, so my teeth aren't very much whiter than they were. The flavor is awful, and be careful not to let it get in contact with your lips (it will sting).
